About the Club:Who Are We?

About WCC

The Weimaraner Club of Columbus is affiliated with the AKC (American Kennel Club) and WCA (Weimaraner Club of America. We are made up of members from all over Ohio, and a few from other states. Our members are varied in terms of what they are interested in "doing" with their Weims, ranging from competing in field, tracking, obedience, agility and conformation events, to those who just love their dogs and want to have fun.

Some own gray Weims, some blue, some longhair, some short, some own no Weims, or dogs, at all, they just love the breed. We welcome these and everyone in between.

Officially, we are based in Columbus, and hold our meetings, and most events, around Columbus and Central Ohio.
